2. Minutes: Approval of the May 6, 2019 Joint Committee Meeting minutes
3. Election of Officers: Election of NBSU Joint Committee Officers for FY20
4. Contact List:  Current Joint Committee contact list is attached (please make any edits)
5. Business Administrator’s Report:  Jennifer Macksey will review the FY18 audit that was completed during the summer, as well as the End of the Year FY19 reporting process for each school district/town and any other pertinent financial items
6. NBSU Business Administrator’s travel stipend:  Discussion and vote on travel/mileage stipend that was not included in current contract
7. Director of Pupil Services Report: Debra Rosselli will provide a special education update
8. Principal’s Reports: Brief summaries from all four principals on the start of the school year
9. NBSU Office location: Superintendent Franzoni and Business Administrator Macksey will present information regarding the proposed new site for the central office
10. Interstate Merger Report:Update on the progress of the proposed merger between Clarksburg and Stamford
11. NSBU Joint Agreement: Update the FY21 percentages for each school district based on the October 1 student population data (as was amended in FY19
12. NBSU Strategic Plan: Update on the strategic plan and objectives developed by the NBSU Admin Team to guide all schools for the next three years
13. Superintendent’s Annual Evaluation:  Review superintendent evaluation goals for the current school year and submit any final edits for last year’s evaluation
14. Next Meeting:  TBD (February or March 2020)
